Professional Profile:
Terri R. Simmons is an associate at Wood & Wood, LLP. She represents clients in Courts throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area. Terri is licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Georgia.  Before coming to Wood & Wood, LLP, Terri worked as a Judicial Clerk for Honorable J. Mark Rogers of the Rutherford County Circuit Court for the 16th Judicial District of Tennessee.  Although litigation is oftentimes a necessity, Terri is a strong advocate of mediation.  When appropriate, Terri encourages her clients to mediate their cases as an alternative to litigation.  Terri also serves as a mediator in private cases.  Terri prides herself in making herself available for her clients.
